UK's Buck Brothers Set World Record To Prepare For US Tour
When Curt Mangan Strings last checked in with British pop-punk act Buck Brothers, they were preparing for a gruelling test of endurance.The band had scheduled 30 gigs between the hours of 11 a.m. and 11p.m. a few months back in an attempt to set a world record. After 28 gigs in 10-and-a-half hours of racing around London, singer/guitarist Pete Sellers, singer/bassist Andy Duke and drummer Stixx can now lay claim to the record, beating out German band Kansas... Pop says: Curt Mangan introduces personalized string sets for guitar and bass. They are great for birthdays, holidays or for whatever. Players can now customize there own "Signature Sets" selecting the gauges and alloys they want, plus have their name printed on the label. There is a one-time set-up fee of $20 to create the artwork, plus the purchase 12 sets (3 sets for bass sets) of the same gauge and alloy. Orders are usually shipped within 24-hours.
