This video was created to show you how are round core strings made?
We first start by installing round-shaped, tin-plated, high-carbon steel wire on to the ball-ending machine which has a special swaging tool installed. The swaging tool automatically creates a flat spot on the round wire so that the cover wire now has four points and for about a half of an inch to hang on to so that it can not unravel. The the core wire is chucked on the winding machine and the cover wire is added. CLICK HERE to see how to install round core strings.
