11-70 7-String Drop Tuning Nickel Wound Set

I use this set on my 7 strings tuned to drop G and they are monstrous sounding. I love the feel, break in and sound of Curt Mangan strings and his options seem to make much more sense than the other brands offerings currently on the market.

i used ernie ball strings for years and tried meny other string brands but ernie balls had the best tone. then i heard about curt mangan from a string shootout video and the curts where the best sounding and shown to have the most frequency output in a frequency analyzer plugin. i knew i had to try them. and they became my number 1 brand for strings these are the best in my opinion! the reason i gave this set a 4 instead of a 5 is cuz the G & B strings are a little to light. normally id make a custom set and get gauges that are perfact but i just needed soming to test with a new guitar and didnt want to get 4 sets of custom sets that i may or may not like with this guitar lol but i know now what gauges to get for it and will get a custom set soon =)
